Gameplay & Technical Issues
Having trouble with a level, game feature, missing reward, crash, or other technical issue?
Email [email protected] and tell us:
- What you were doing when the issue occurred
- What you expected to happen
- What happened instead
- Your device and OS version
Purchases
Word Run offers optional in-app purchases.
Purchases are processed through the Apple App Store on iOS and Google Play on Android.
If a purchase appears successful but the item was not delivered in Word Run, contact:
Please do not send payment-card information. If possible, include the product purchased and the approximate date of purchase.
For billing, payment, or refund issues handled directly by Apple or Google, you may also need to contact the applicable app store.
Ads & Rewards
Word Run may display rewarded ads and interstitial ads.
If:
- A rewarded ad finishes but you do not receive the expected reward
- An ad does not load correctly
- An ad appears inappropriate
- You experience another advertising problem

If possible, include a screenshot of the ad or issue.
Lost or Missing Progress
Word Run uses cloud services to help save player progress and game data.
If your progress, coins, characters, stars, power-ups, or other game data appear incorrect or missing, contact:
Please avoid repeatedly reinstalling the game while a progress issue is being investigated.
Delete Player Data
You can request permanent deletion directly inside Word Run:
Settings → Privacy & Data → Delete Player Data
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Once a valid deletion request is submitted, Word Run provides a Deletion Request ID. Digital Helix Labs will complete the Word Run account and game-data deletion process within 7 days. Some service-provider records may require additional time according to their own retention and deletion processes.
